This website and the Grixel documentation (together, the “Site”) are operated by Unabated Games Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership and intellectual property

Grixel — including the server, client, and MCP software, the documentation, this website, and all related software and content — is owned by Unabated Games Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Unabated Games Ltd. All rights reserved.

No licence to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of Grixel or any part of the Site is granted, except where we have agreed in writing. You may view the documentation for personal evaluation and learning; nothing on the Site transfers any ownership or grants any licence beyond that limited, revocable permission. Use of the Grixel software itself is governed by the terms that accompany your access to it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to break any law or infringe the rights of others.

3. No warranty

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
